Laser puncture

Laser puncture: Laser-puncture or Acu-laser synergistically blends traditional acupuncture with the new technology of laser therapy, resulting in fast, efficient and highly effective treatments.

Laser-puncture is used very effectively on both acupoints and trigger points of the pet’s body. When these points are stimulated, physiologic reactions cause the release of various chemicals which affect the nervous system, resulting in a therapeutic response. Local neuro-chemicals help to alleviate pain whilst endorphins and serotonin act on the brain to provide the ‘feel good factor’ often associated with acupuncture.

Laser-puncture is used in the treatment of musculoskeletal problems such as osteoarthritis; in the rehabilitation of neurological cases to improve nerve restoration; and for pain relief. It is also useful for pets who don’t like needles!
